We are thrilled to welcome Jared Friesen to our team as a Research Assistant.
As a research assistant, Jared will help with intensive community engagement sessions throughout the summer.
Some of his duties will include:
- Contribute to regular team meetings with a team of diverse professionals in research, public health, communications, planning and politics.
- Recruit diverse community members to participate in focus groups, community meetings, special events, and other forms of public engagement about active transportation and public space.
- Record and analyze information from stakeholders.
- Conduct literature searches.
- Write reports and present project findings to stakeholders.
- Contribute to planning an exciting outdoor conference about active transportation and public space.
